ESS Beaver Protection System - a new product in the ESS range Aug 10th 2009
Storms and floods cause damage which runs into millions.  The economic costs place an enormous strain on land and home owners, businesses, insurance companies and public authorities - and therefore eventually on the tax payer.

ESS Beaver Protection System helps to prevent or at least reduce storm and flood damage and their economic costs.

The elements of the flood barrier are inflated, easily moved into place, and then filled with water form a nearby water source or fire hydrant - it provides a simple, flexible, reusable solution to an increasing problem. 

Crucially, it is fast to install - a Type M50 dam measuring 500m can be erected by 8 men in only 3 hours - a comparable sand bag wall would take many days to build, not taking into account the additional time required to organise, transport, fill sandbags - stack - and then remove it all again afterwards.
